ALL CLIENTS
If you're not receiving a shampooing service, hair must be shampooed within 24hrs of scheduled appointment and arrive with hair and scalp clean and free of any products.
DEPOSITS
25% Required for new establishment!
PAYMENTS
(Credit Cards service processing fee of 2.75%)
NO refunds for services rendered!


CANCELLATIONS
We value the time and needs of every client, therefore we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours of notice will be subjected to a service fee of $75.

Less than 48 hours in advance-$75 service fee.

No-shows/Same Day Cancellation: 100% of the cost of services booked.

Cancellation fees must be paid in advance before scheduling any new appointments.
LATE: Please call (407) 437-8878 to communicate an estimated time of arrival if you are going to be late.
